FAQS

GRS Certified Eco-Friendly Productuppliers in China. Discover a wide rangeof sustainable, biodegradable andrecycled products

Q1: Are your sustainable and recycled materials fully certified for global compliance?

Yes, absolutely. All circular and recycled substrates utilized by eco MORE strictly comply with rigid international traceability frameworks. Our core sustainable supply chains are fully certified under the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), allowing us to issue Transaction Certificates (TCs) for mass orders. This guarantees flawless chain-of-custody traceability from pre- and post-consumer waste reclamation to final product completion. Furthermore, our manufacturing facility regularly passes BSCI social responsibility audits and SQE quality compliance audits, ensuring full alignment with the ESG and statutory sourcing mandates of tier-1 global enterprises.

The PLA (Polylactic Acid) championed by eco MORE is a 100% bio-based material synthesized from annually renewable agricultural resources such as corn, wheat, and bamboo. Under normal indoor usage, retail warehousing, or office conditions, it demonstrates superb structural rigidity and physical stability identical to conventional polymers, with zero spontaneous degradation. It is strictly engineered for end-of-life eco-friendly circularity: once introduced into industrial composting conditions, it will be fully broken down by microbial activity into carbon dioxide and water within months, delivering a perfect zero-waste loop.

We highly encourage bespoke development. To eliminate development risks for your brand, we offer a comprehensive prototyping program. Existing stock swatches or basic material color cards can be dispatched promptly. For complex customization (OEM/ODM) requiring dedicated mold tooling, bespoke surface finishes, or specialized eco-composite setups, a transparent Sample Cost (referring explicitly to monetary expense) will be quoted based on engineering complexity. This sample fee is fully refundable once the subsequent mass production order meets our agreed-upon contractual threshold. The standard lead time for custom prototypes ranges from 7 to 14 working days, delivered securely via global express integrators (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

Because our active portfolio spans over 500 distinct product categories and deploys various advanced eco-substrates, our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary by product morphology and material selection. Standard designs utilizing stock components offer higher volume flexibility. Conversely, specialized materials—such as specific-weight rPET woven textiles, custom bio-based PLA compounds, or customized grains of recycled leather—require significant upstream industrial startup thresholds and minimum chemical/material blending batches at the refinery stage. Your dedicated Program Manager (PM) will audit your blueprints to provide an optimized production scheduling matrix balancing both commercial cost and eco-efficiency.

We safeguard international fulfillment through our 15+ year manufacturing legacy coupled with a stable workforce of over 80 full-time, highly skilled artisans. Our expert operators boast an average factory tenure of 5+ years, bringing unparalleled precision to complex eco-material tailoring and eliminating human error or craftsmanship drift. Under our robust SQE protocols, we enforce three distinct quality gates: raw material screening, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and final Quality Assurance (QA). This strict system, paired with our mature seafreight and multinational logistics operations, guarantees that your bulk consignments arrive at international destination ports flawlessly consistent and strictly on schedule.
